About

” Self-care is not self-indulgence, it is self – preservation.”

You might be noticing that your anxiety is becoming more overwhelming, especially with the demands of work or family . Perhaps you’re a new mom feeling the strain of motherhood being different from what you had imagined. Change is challenging, and I understand firsthand the difficulties it can bring. As we journey through life, it continues to evolve, presenting us with new complexities that we may not anticipate. Seeking support during these times is crucial to gain clarity, insight, and self-awareness.

My specialization lies in assisting women like you to learn to conquer anxiety, burnout, depression, allowing them to embrace life’s significant moments such as enjoying retirement stepping into a career, marriage, or starting a family. Anxiety or depression can cast a shadow over these milestones, creating intense fear or a feeling of indifference.

Imagine feeling at ease in public settings, eagerly reconnecting with loved ones, and being genuinely excited about what lies ahead. I work closely with women in their 30s to 70s, navigating new phases in life, whether it’s a career change, relationship transition, or parenthood, all while grappling with anxiety and depression. Together, we can work towards regaining control, finding peace, and rekindling enthusiasm for the future.
